We are a small, well established local plumbing company that has been in business for 20 years. We are growing & seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential plumbing & heating installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as good customer service skills.
Remote work is an available option.

Pioneer Plumbing & Heating our business is based on quality products, and a high standard of craftsmanship.- Install, service & troubleshoot plumbing and mechanical systems
- Daily Site cleanup
- Complete work as designated with safety in mind. Ensure OSHA and company standards are met at all times
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
- Foster a good working relationship with town and municipality plumbing inspectors
- Supervise and train apprentices
- Manage productivity and profitability on all jobs
- Proven ability to work as a team or independently
- Journeyman Plumber license is a must
- 4 years proven experience as a plumber
- Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly with a great deal of patience
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to lift 75 lbs, work in awkward spaces
- Valid Driver's License
