About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Millwright to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in dynamic environments and values precision, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, align, dismantle, and move machinery and mechanical equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Use hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Inspect and diagnose issues to determine corrective measures
- Work collaboratively with electricians, welders, and other trades to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used
Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman Millwright certification or license
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Physical ability to lift heavy components and work in a variety of environments
