We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality home care, including assistance for those with disabilities and hospice care needs.
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Support clients in daily activities, including laundry and light housekeeping.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life.
- Administer CPR and first aid when necessary, following established protocols.
- Previous experience in home care, hospice care, or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of systems related to care for individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Ability to perform meal preparation and laundry tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and their families.
- CPR certification is highly desirable.

- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
