Job Site Supervisor/Equipment Operator
Step into a role where your leadership shapes the ground we build on. Imagine leading crews through complex residential sitework projects-coordinating excavation and installations with precision and confidence. Your decisions keep the job moving, your experience sets the pace, and your team looks to you to get it done right the first time. You adapt and conquer-staying ahead of challenges, solving problems on the fly, and keeping the momentum strong. You bring the heat, showing up ready to work, setting the tone for the team, and driving every project to the finish. You build strong relationships grounded in respect and trust, leading with integrity to foster teamwork on every site. Most importantly, you own the process and the outcome-no excuses. Quality, safety, and precision are your responsibility, and you deliver on every front.
If you have experience in sitework and excavation, thrive in leadership roles, and take pride in delivering top-quality work, we want you on our team.
We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Job Site Leader to oversee the layout, planning, and safe execution of a variety of residential and light commercial construction projects. This role involves leading a small team through tasks such as septic system installation, house lot excavation, driveway construction and repair, and shoreline stabilization. Since 1962, our company has built a reputation for doing things the right way-with quality work, genuine relationships, and a deep commitment to the people who make it all possible. Specializing in septic services, sitework, and excavation, we’re proud to be the team homeowners, builders, and communities trust when the groundwork truly matters. As a small, family-owned business, we combine the personal touch of a close-knit crew with the professionalism of a company that’s earned its place in the community for over 60 years.
