Salary: $20-$25 hourly, based on education and experience; 1099 contractor position

Essential job duties:
Provide various types of job coaching, supervision and support, and skills teaching to persons with disabilities in traditional employment settings. Coaching may include scheduling, identifying appropriate work attire, assessing client strengths and weaknesses, identifying and correcting problem areas, helping the client stay on task, and possibly providing necessary transportation to the work setting. Duties also include life skills training, tutoring, and test preparation training. Client progress reports are required following service provision.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have valid WV Driver’s License, access to a reliable vehicle, and Criminal Background Check. Understanding and ability to work with persons with various disabilities is a plus. Good knowledge of local employers/job opportunities is also a plus. Must be able to work independently.
