Being a Janitor is more than just keeping spaces clean-it's about creating a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Each day, you’ll bring care, consistency, and pride to your work, helping residents, staff, and visitors feel at home in a space that’s thoughtfully maintained.

In this role, you’ll ensure that our floors shine, our restrooms sparkle, and our shared spaces stay organized and inviting. Whether it’s vacuuming hallways, polishing chrome, or carefully setting up for a special event, every task you complete plays a vital role in the daily rhythm of our community. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness help protect the health and well-being of those we serve.

You'll also be a go-to person for the little things that make a big difference-changing a light bulb to brighten a room, clearing walkways after a snowfall, or preparing spaces for gatherings that bring people together. Your presence behind the scenes ensures everything runs smoothly, and your reliability brings peace of mind to everyone who calls this place home.

• One year of floor care/janitorial experience preferred
  
• High school diploma or GED preferred
  
• Requires ability to read and comprehend simple written instructions
  
• Requires verbal skills to communicate with residents and employees of the organization
  
• Able to integrate non-scheduled work tasks into routine in order to meet schedules
  
• Able to meet productivity and quality standards on a consistent and scheduled basis
  
• Must consent to and pass a criminal background check
