Tier 2 IT TechOps Analyst to join our dynamic team. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support.Reporting to the IT Manager, Infrastructure Operations, the TechOps Analyst will play a critical role in supporting factory and office users by resolving network, hardware, software, and end-user issues through various communication channels including calls, emails, and texts.
This role will sit full-time in New Haven, CT.
