The
IT Support Specialist position will work closely with cross functional partners in support of the company’s ongoing biogas utilization projects. This individual will be the first point of contact for end-user solutions, and they will provide server/network support. This key member of the Information Technology team will proactively research and recommend technology solutions, user training, software/hardware installations, monitoring, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have fundamental helpdesk experience and an ambition to learn, with a customer service focus and a collaborative team spirit. They will have the opportunity to be mentored by and learn from senior network and system administration. An ability to work independently, self-motivate, and communicate effectively is of the utmost importance to this role.The position is based on site at our corporate headquarters in Sisters, OR and will report to the IT & Network Lead.
