IT Sales Representative to join our Business Information Technology Services (BITS) team.

We’re seeking a driven and consultative

IT Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers across industries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective B2B clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
  
• Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client challenges.
  
• Develop customized IT solutions leveraging our product/service portfolio.
  
• Present proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals.
  
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
  

Requirements:

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• B2B sales experience preferred.
  
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  
• Strong understanding of IT products/services (cloud, networking, cybersecurity, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Experience using CRM platforms.
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
  

Pay Range = $21.63 - $31.25/hour
