Travel Around Central Montana: Spend your days in the field, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing center pivot irrigation systems and pump controls.- ï¸ Get Your Hands Dirty: Perform maintenance on a variety of agricultural irrigation equipment and use GPS and electrical systems knowledge to make repairs.

Work Independently: Manage your time effectively while working in the field to complete tasks and meet customer needs.
Follow Safety Standards: Ensure all repairs and services are performed with safety and quality as top priorities.What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical Aptitude or agricultural background (we�ll provide the training!)
- Experience with electrical components, pump controls, or welding is a plus, but not required
- Clean driving record is mandatory
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to multitask and prioritize while ensuring high-quality results
- Customer-Centric: Ability to provide excellent service and communicate effectively with customers
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve irrigation system issues
- Strong Communication Skills: Effectively relay technical information to both customers and team members
- Adaptability: Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Mechanical & Technical Skills: Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems
- Time Management: Ability to independently manage tasks and meet deadlines
