- Maintain proper meat quality.
- Maintain pace with line speed.
- Perform physical tasks every shift.
- Responsible to fill in for any position necessary in the area, i.e.
- Multi-tasking ability is a must.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 1 to 6 months of similar experience is preferred.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be safety, quality, and efficiency minded.
- Chemical training will be provided as required.
- Forklift/PIT Operation.
- Exposure to cold (< 40 degrees).
- Ability to lift up to 31-50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Extensive fine motor movements.
- Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
- Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
