Inventory Specialist Job Duties
Inventory Managment
Organize, count, and stock all lab and partner inventory items
Daily Partner Inventory counts
Coordinate with the lab?s production schedule for inventory needs
Keep all inventory areas clean and organized
Adhere to all lab/compliance procedures when handling drugs and APIs
Use of Microsoft Excel to keep track of drug requisitions and transportation
Use of PK Compounder to add inventory and create scan tags
Prepare inventory items for lab/pharmacy use
Transport inventory between North and South locations
Pharmacy Tech Certification for handling hazardous chemicals
Product Transportation
Ensure finished product for Galloway is safely put in our trucks in all weather conditions
Coordinate with the truck driver for pickups/ and drop offs
Ensure all transfer sheets are correct and fully filled out
Coordinate with the labeling team for any finished product sent back from Galloway
Transport all deliveries from ?receiving area? to ?shipping station?
Filling in for Receiving
Receive mail deliveries, follow rules for Hazardous Drug receiving
Use of Microsoft Excel for checking in received deliveries
Calculating Final Conversions for any APIs/drugs
Collection and organization of drug invoices, and Certificates of Analysis
Salary
USD 18 - 20 /hourly
