part-time W-2 Intervention Specialist to provide K-12 school-based services for the 2025-2026 school year. Whether you're an experienced Intervention Specialist or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work-and is here to help you thrive.- Caseload: Multiple caseloads available (K-12)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 37.5 - 40 hours/week
- Dates: August 5, 2025 - May 21, 2026
- Location: Virtual
- Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals and student needs
- Create and manage compliant IEPs per IDEA and ODE guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and support staff
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Modify curriculum and materials for diverse learning needs
- Lead IEP and ETR meetings; engage in parent communication
- Build strong family partnerships through regular updates
- Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Mild/Moderate, Moderate/Intensive, or K-12)
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Deep understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and differentiated instruction
- Strong skills in behavior management, classroom structure, and team collaboration
- Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners
