• Receive inbound leads through the phone and internet.
  
• Develop leads through social media, cold-calling, networking, referrals, and service department customers.
  
• Set appointments for prospective customers.
  
• Provide expert information on product performance, application, and benefits. Direct customers to product information resources.
  
• Contact current customers to maintain customer relations, to offer opportunity to trade in their current vehicle, and to improve overall customer loyalty.
  
• Stay up to date with current inventory, sales and advertising campaigns, rebates and incentives offered, and sales forecasts and goals.
  
• Stay up to date with current industry and consumer trends
  
• Conduct post-sale follow up with customers and follow up continuously with previous leads.
  
• Report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives and action plans to increase internet sales effectiveness.
  
• Manage any internet sales reps, assist with customer interactions, and ensure sales quotas are being met.
  

• Previous BDC/Internet sales experience required
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  
• Maintain enthusiasm with high energy throughout the workday
  
• Have exceptional customer service skills
  
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Proficient understanding of the Internet customer base
  
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
  
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
  
• Must have a clean driving record & valid driver�s license
  
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
