Braman Honda Palm Beach is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Business Development Center (BDC) representative to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual who understand the wants and needs of our automotive customers. The primary goal of a BDC Representative is to increase showroom traffic and ensure that customers are receiving an elevated level of customer service. Candidates will work with sales leads generated through our online marketing campaigns and dealer web sites and generate appointments for prospects to visit our dealership.

ï‚· Must meet performance goals
ï‚· Are experienced with various computer software programs/Microsoft applications
ï‚· Must be Internet Savvy
ï‚· Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service
ï‚· Training provided
ï‚· Call center experience or automotive experience a plus
ï‚· Must have a professional attitude and attire at all times
ï‚· Must be capable of passing a background check, motor vehicle records check and pre- employment drug screening.
