Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Agent Team Member (ATM) Sales Representative to join our State Farm office. This in-office position offers an exciting career opportunity with competitive annual compensation ranging from $50,000 to $150,000, including a base salary plus commissions and the potential for unlimited earnings.

In this role, you will support the agent by providing exceptional service to clients, assisting with insurance sales, and helping to grow the agency’s business. You will be a key part of the team, working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with products from a Fortune 50 company, ensuring you represent trusted and industry-leading offerings.

• Assist the State Farm agent in managing daily office operations and client relationships.
  
• Support clients with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.
  
• Identify sales opportunities and actively promote State Farm Insurance and financial services products.
  
• Schedule and follow up on appointments with prospective and current clients.
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  
• Collaborate with the agent and team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  
• Proficient with computer applications and comfortable learning new technologies.
  
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
  
• Valid driver's license.
