We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on insurance products, helping them choose the best policies to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, terms, and conditions.
- Market various insurance products to potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.
- Assist clients in completing applications and claims processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Client facing meetings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients.
- A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe upon hiring.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts.
