Licensed Insurance Agent Needed
- Sell and service personal and/or commercial insurance policies
- Respond to inbound leads and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
- Educate clients on policy options and coverage recommendations
- Provide quotes, bind policies, and process endorsements
- Maintain accurate records using our agency management system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license a plus)
- 1+ years of insurance sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with insurance quoting systems and CRM tools is a plus
