Randy Reichardt Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others, driven by success, and interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. While a Life & Health Insurance License is not required at the time of application, it must be obtained shortly after hire - we’ll support you through the licensing process.- Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Sell life and health insurance products to individuals and businesses
- Develop leads, build strong client relationships, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Customize insurance programs to meet individual client needs
- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs
- Support clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or telemarketing is a plus
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards (or willingness to learn)
- Must be willing and able to obtain an Arkansas Life & Health Insurance License upon hire
