As a bilingual Spanish-speaking Account Representative for Emily Sutorius' State Farm, you will grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
No Insurance background required. Training is provided.- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Connect with potential customers and recommend State Farm products that meet their needs.
- Consultative Selling: Talk with customers and discuss the best solutions
- Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the success of the agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
