We are currently seeking experienced installers to join our team.
​Competitive pay with immediate positions available. One year of experience is preferred. Start immediately!
- Review daily work orders and ensure the truck is loaded with the proper material needed
- Work in tight, confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces for an entire shift
- Endure extreme heat ​and/or extreme cold for a whole shift
- Work on ladders or stilts for the duration of the shift
- Use hand tools (foam guns, batting knives, staplers, etc.) throughout the shift
- Perform job functions while wearing complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Operate spray foam equipment by carrying or holding a hose that applies foam insulation
- Load blower machine with fiberglass, cellulose, etc.; regulate the flow of materials and blow to the appropriate depth and density
- Ensure a clean job site
- Properly maintain equipment and tools
- One (1) year experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Attention to detail with the ability to work accurately
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
