Performance-Based Compensation

About the Role

Our Installers bring beauty, organization, and joy into customers’ homes-transforming garage spaces into functional, stylish solutions. In this hands-on role, you’ll be assembling and installing custom-built systems with precision and care. You’ll start with in-depth training to learn our tools, techniques, and quality standards, with the goal of growing into a Lead Installer position quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install garage organization systems based on detailed design plans
  
• Transport and handle products safely and efficiently on job sites
  
• Communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction
  
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company standards
  
• Problem-solve on the fly and maintain high accuracy in all measurements and cuts
  

Key Qualifications

• Ability to read design drawings and translate them into accurate installations
  
• Skilled in using hand and power tools with precision
  
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  
• Physically able to lift, carry, and assemble products in varied conditions
  
• Comfortable working at least 2 weekends per month
  
• Proactive and solutions-oriented under pressure

Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, in-field role within the Charlotte and surrounding area. Requires availability for occasional weekend shifts (at least 2 per month).
