- Installing architectural millwork and cabinetry for projects locally and across the state of Michigan.
- Ability to trouble shoot issues that arise on the job site.
- Maintain strong communication with the customer on site.
- Sending accurate feedback and documentation to our Project Managers as installations progress.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the installation crew on-site.
- Ensure all installations meet specifications, drawings, and customer expectations.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Self-motivation with an ability to work independently.
- Ability to use all types of tools necessary for the job (power tools, hand tools, etc). Exceptional carpentry skills.
- Able to work effectively with a team as well as individually.
- Knowledge of cabinetry, construction, and reading Architectural blueprints.
- A strong work-ethic, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Overtime as needed.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
