Production Crew Members to join our fast-growing, hands-on team. If you're reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn, this is your chance to start a rewarding career.- Assist with foundation stabilization and structural repair, including wall bracing, pier systems, and crack repair
- Support crawl space encapsulation projects to improve structural integrity and indoor air quality
- Perform concrete lifting and leveling to fix uneven sidewalks, driveways, and slabs
- Prepare and coat garage floors using polyaspartic flooring systems
- Install custom storage, cabinets, and organization solutions
- Perform exterior soft washing for homes, roofs, and driveways using eco-friendly, low-pressure systems
- Install, maintain, and remove professional-grade holiday lighting displays, including custom-cut lights, wreaths, and garlands
- Construction experience preferred
- Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
- Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
- A valid driver�s license and a safe driving record
