• Build and strengthen relationships with funeral home owners across the U.S.
  
• Convert casual buyers into long-term loyal customers through consultative, relationship-based sales.
  
• Act as a trusted partner and point of contact to existing and prospective accounts.
  
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  
• Represent the Crescent Memorial brand with professionalism and heart.
  
• Collaborate with leadership and potentially grow into a team management role (based on experience and performance).
  

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, account management, or B2B environments.
  
• Sales management or customer service leadership experience is a plus and can accelerate your path into management training.
  
• A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills-clear, confident, and friendly.
  
• Strong listening skills and the ability to build lasting rapport with customers.
  
• Exceptionally organized with strong follow-up and CRM usage.
