We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Associate to help expand our presence across North America within Bel’s key vertical markets. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement-identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving account growth in alignment with our global strategy.


Reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager, North America, you’ll be responsible for initiating contact with prospective customers and nurturing those relationships into long-term partnerships. You will work closely with Business Development Managers and the Director of Market Development to meet and exceed market growth expectations and company goals. Your success in meeting or exceeding sales targets will be rewarded through a performance-based compensation plan, launching in 2026.

  • Support the launch and promotion of new products and programs


Are You Ready to:


  • Manage and grow newly secured accounts and opportunities
  • Report on sales activity and progress toward targets to the Inside Sales Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional partners
  • Contribute to company-wide compliance initiatives


What You’ll Need:


  • Bachelor�s degree in engineering or business preferred
  • 1-2 years in technical sales and marketing in customer-facing roles preferred
  • 1-2 years in sales or product research/development
  • Strong knowledge of diverse markets in order to identify cross-selling potentials
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, macros), and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical and business concepts to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods is a plus
  • ERP system experience (e.g., SAP or D365) beneficial
  • Ability to travel upon request & reasonable fair notice
