Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.


Duties


  • Assist in the development and management of project schedules using tools such as Acculynx.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure all aspects of construction management are executed effectively.
  • Support the preparation of construction estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate communication between various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and Final Walk Throughs ensuring closing projects out and making sure COC is collected.
  • Monitor project progress and report on status updates to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.


Skills


  • Proficiency in construction management, particularly coordinating material and labor aspects.
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with project scheduling tools to effectively manage timelines.
  • Knowledge of contract management principles within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration among team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting and documentation.
