Installs Molds according to company Specifications
Trouble shoot and correct all molding and secondary discrepancies to ensure quality
Start and Restart all presses in accordance with Specifications
Ensure work area is clean and orderly at job completion
Complete documentation as required
Use 5-S Suggestion form for setup process or other improvements
Must understand the 5-S and Lean Manufacturing concepts
Performs Additional duties as assigned.
Forklift , Tool carts , hot stampers ,Sonic welders , meters and 0verhead crane.
must be capable of learning all aspects of plastics injection molding method, processes and procedures.
Must have the ability to solve problems.
Must have the ability to communicate English both verbally and in writing .
Computer literacy is preferred
Knowledge of production monitoring software is preferred
Must be able to drive a forklift
Must be able to understand and comply with all plant safety rules and Regulations.
Safety glasses must be worn in plant areas. Hearing Protection is optional except required
Steel -toed boots are recommended.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
