The
Information System Support Assistant is responsible for coordinating and maintaining patient charges, operating room supplies and implants, which includes the inventory component(s), (including implants) with Epic OpTime. This position works directly with the Peri-Operative Director and Peri-Operative Business Manager, Materials Management, O.R. Clinical Applications Coordinator, the Operating Room Specialty Coordinators and the clinical/support staff to ensure accuracy of surgical case data in the Epic OpTime system.At UnityPoint Health, you matter. - High School Diploma
- One (1) year experience with Epic�s OpTime system. ·
- Two (2) years� experience within an Operating Room environment, including SPD
- Understanding of Operating Room procedures, including Anesthesia, O.R. supplies and implants.
- Six to twelve months experience using automated information systems with particular emphasis on database management, spreadsheet software, and word processing
