Information Security Analyst

To support Kingsview Partners’ cybersecurity posture by identifying, analyzing, and responding to security threats and vulnerabilities. The Information Security Analyst will work under the guidance of the IT Manager to implement security protocols, monitor systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a proactive security culture that protects sensitive data, systems, and advisor trust.

• Monitor and Respond to Security Incidents
  
• Perform regular vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and assist in remediation efforts in coordination with other IT team members.
  
• Enforce and review user access rights across systems, ensuring least-privilege principles and compliance with internal policies.
  
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and enforcing security policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements.
  
• Work closely with IT, compliance, and business teams to implement secure practices in ongoing projects and operations.
  
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends; recommend mitigations or tool improvements.
  
• Document incidents, findings, and corrective actions clearly and thoroughly for review by IT management and compliance teams.
  

• 2 years of IT Helpdesk Experience.
  
• 2+ years of professional experience in information security, IT security, or a related role
  
• CompTIA Security+
  
• Must successfully pass a background check.
  
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks is strongly preferred in the financial sector
  

• 5+ years of professional experience in information security, IT security, or a related role
  
• Bachelor�s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  
• Microsoft SC-200, or similar cloud security credentials
  
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  
• Industry knowledge of wealth management.
  

Indoor, office setting with essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping or typing. Possibility of physical effort/lifting to 20 to 50 pounds.
