Your Favorite Inflatables is hiring! We’re on the lookout for a reliable and energetic individual to join our crew as a Delivery Crew Assistant. In this role, you’ll help with transporting, setting up, and taking down inflatable bounce houses and party equipment across Rhode Island. If you’re physically capable, enjoy being outdoors, and love seeing people have a blast, this job is for you.
- Work alongside our lead driver to load and unload party rentals and inflatables.
- Assist in assembling and disassembling bounce houses, water slides, and other equipment on-site.
- Make sure every setup looks clean, safe, and professionally done.
- Follow proper safety practices during all parts of the job.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service to clients.
- Help clean, sanitize, and inspect equipment before and after events.
- Stay on schedule and work efficiently with the rest of the team.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Physically able to lift heavy equipment (75+ lbs) with help when needed.
- Dependable and able to show up on time.
- Comfortable working weekends and holiday shifts.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in event setup or inflatables is a bonus, but not required.
