Infant/Young Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of children aged 3 to 5 years. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the educational experiences of our students, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  
• Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques.
  
• Engage children in activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development.
  
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their wellbeing at all times.
  
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
  
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
  
• Organize classroom activities that encourage teamwork and cooperation among students.
  

• Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education (classroom management experience preferred).
  
• Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices.
  
• Strong skills in caregiving, including toddler care, babysitting, or nannying experience.
  
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that educate while entertaining young learners.
  
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
  
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
