We are a faith-based early education program dedicated to nurturing the hearts and minds of children from 6 weeks to 36 months. We’re currently seeking a qualified, passionate teacher who puts the needs of children first and believes in the power of early learning.
At our center, we offer a wide range of developmentally appropriate activities in a warm, supportive environment. Our high standards attract wonderful families, dedicated teachers, and caring staff-creating a place filled with joyful children and a team that genuinely loves what they do.
Every team member is carefully selected to ensure alignment with our mission and values. Our Director is a servant-hearted leader who listens, encourages growth, and creates opportunities for teachers beyond the classroom. You'll often find her right alongside the team-snuggling babies or jumping in where needed.
Our teachers feel valued, supported, and energized. Burnout isn’t part of our culture-we set the bar high and provide the support needed to thrive. The best educators choose to be here because they know this is where they can grow and make a lasting impact.
Your primary responsibility is to nurture and support the growth and development of the children in your care. The ideal candidate also understands the important role that family and faith play in a thriving classroom.
We believe early education lays the foundation not only for a child’s future-but for the strength of our entire community.
Our entire team shares the following Core Values:
Our mission is for YOU to succeed.
Our teachers feel supported and loved, work with kiddos from the best families in the community, and enjoy coming to work every day.
