The teachers at FCPA are guides who help direct his/her students’ activities academically, spiritually, emotionally, and physically in a prepared Montessori inspired environment that challenges each child to reach the fullest potential in these developmental areas, in accordance with Montessori philosophy and procedures for the age group. The teacher is also responsible for maintaining the operation of the classroom in accordance with Bright From the Start guidelines, the Department of Human Services rules, and the Department of Health guidelines and requirements. The Montessori teacher performs his/her services under the direction of the Child Development Director and supervision of the Head of School.
