Industrial Production Painter

Central Power is seeking a Powder Coater to join our finishing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of powder coating and painting tasks including hanging, washing, and powder coating our parts. In this role, you will be required to, but not limited to:

• Hand spraying parts with liquid or powder coating processes
  
• Cleaning and prepping parts prior to painting
  
• Working in Powder or Blasting Booths for extended periods of time
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies
  
• Perform physical activities including lifting 50 pound boxes
  
• Maintain safe workplace and ensure that safety is the highest priority
  
• Performs other duties as required
  
• Ensure all tools/equipment are returned to assigned place when not in use
  

• High School Diploma
  
• Experience as a Powder Coater preferred
  
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  
• Must be willing and able to perform physical activities including lifting 50+ pounds
  
• Must be able to work well with other employees and communicate effectively
