Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all civil works activities and manage associated scheduling, financial controls, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure adherence to Ericsson, federal, local, and customer-specific construction and safety standards.
  • Supervise Service Providers (SP/ASP) and ensure they follow approved materials and construction guidelines.
  • Attend and contribute to coordination and progress meetings, providing regular updates on site status.
  • Conduct pre-site inspections, risk assessments, and post-construction audits to ensure site readiness and quality compliance.
  • Coordinate and align site activities across all involved disciplines to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues related to civil works, workmanship, safety, or material discrepancies.
  • Monitor working environment safety and maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
  • Prepare and submit civil progress and quality reports; manage claims and material orders.
  • Maintain construction-specific data in Site Handler including NTPs, SOWs, RFDS, QA standards, civils acceptance documentation, and closeout packages.
  • Perform site verification, material rejection, and quality audits; document and report deficiencies or non-compliance.
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams with a focus on delivering quality outcomes and continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience:


Required:


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil/construction management, ideally with telecom/inbuilding wireless projects.
  • Experience managing projects involving 200+ site builds.
  • Strong knowledge of civil design interpretation, site supervision, and construction procedures.
  • Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems by adapting existing processes.
  • Knowledge of workers' safety regulations and construction site best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.


Preferred:


  • Experience working with wireless infrastructure programs.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Site Handler, and hands-on experience with SOW, RFDS, NTPs, and PFA verification.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills, with attention to quality control and compliance standards.
  • Background in inbuilding wireless systems and infrastructure projects is a strong plus.


Work Environment & Travel:


  • Travel up to 60% to various inbuilding project sites.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, conduct site walks, and perform inspections.


Job Type: Contract


Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour


Expected hours: 40 per week
