Pay for performance is a salesperson’s greatest compensation motivator! Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity to reach your true earning potential. With this pay structure, our sales consultants earn $90,000 to $200,000 and more in annual income following the initial 2 weeks of training. Get paid what you’re worth and enjoy what you do!

• Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
  

• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
  

• Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer�s project.
  

• High school degree or equivalent
  

• Valid driver�s license and reliable vehicle.
  

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

• Passionate about selling.
  

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely.
  

• Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2 hour radius from your home.
  

• Self-motivated, detailed, and organized.
  

• Enjoy working as a 1099 employee to maximize your earning potential.
  

• The ability to not take �no†personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.
  

• Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.
  

• The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.
  

• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
  

• Full time - 4 days a week M-F with alternating Saturdays
  

• Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots; 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm. One week you will run 2 and 6 lead times and the next week you will run 10 and 2 lead times with Saturday included.
  

• Road warrior - must be comfortable driving an average of 1000 miles a week.
  

• $90,000 to $200,000 + in compensation potential.
