We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide
essential support to individual in need of assistance with daily living activities in
the
Reidsville area. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for ourclient, receiving home health care. The ideal candidate will possess a nurturing demeanor and the ability to perform various tasks that promote comfort and well-being. The candidate must be willing to work
7am-10am or 7pm-10pm .- Experience working in home care, senior care, memory care setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) preferred but not required.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor and document client health and behavior changes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of living spaces.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and families.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility
- challenges.
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and protocols.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Previous experience in home health care is an advantage but not mandatory.
