We are seeking RELIABLE and READY to work, compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This position requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those with autism and other special needs. MUST BE ABLE TO TRANSFER!!
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Monitor patients' health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Engage clients in social activities and companionship to enhance emotional well-being.
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring safety at all times.
- Support long-term care plans by collaborating with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document care provided and any significant observations or changes in condition.
