We are seeking individuals who value these qualities to join our team.- Provide appointments to customers delivering to Mill Wright
- Enter Delivery Order information and Booking details into our system
- Track containers and update system
- Provide customers status updates
- Export Documentation (AES, Bookings, Shipping Instructions)
- Communicate customer expectations to dispatch and operation team to provide exceptional customer service
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Enter bills from drivers, steamship lines, and vendors
The ideal candidate has experience with the above-mentioned processes. We are seeking a motivated individual to be a part of our team that shares our dedication to success.
- Experience with Magaya and Google Sheets
- Export Documentation
- Familiarity with Container Drayage or Transloading
