HVAC Lead Installer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and systems. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and operate efficiently.

• Meet with customers to discuss products and project configuration
  
• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings according to specifications and schematics.
  
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment to identify problems and implement solutions.
  
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols while working with electrical components and heavy machinery.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.
  

• Strong knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation.
  
• Experience as a service technician in the HVAC field is preferred.
  
• Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding HVAC design principles.
  
• Familiarity with plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC installations.
  
• Knowledge of refrigeration principles and ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
  
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in field service or appliance repair.
  
• Ability to perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
  
• Proficient in air conditioning system installation and repair techniques.
  
• Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
