We are seeking an experienced and passionate Elk Hunting Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be in decent shape, have good communication with clients, and a willingness to learn & succeed. As an Elk Hunting Guide, you will be responsible for taking clients out on daily hunts. Ideal candidate will be proficient in elk calling, and tracking. Must be able to properly skin an elk for client as well as help with pack out.
Horse/Mule knowledge is a plus, but not a must!
Hunts are 7 days, with 5 actual hunting days.

- Lead clients in steep and rugged terrain, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Must be in decent shape, as our country is NOT for the weak.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all aspects of the hunting trip are conducted smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain equipment and ensure all necessary supplies are ready for each trip.
- Uphold all hunting regulations and ethical practices during excursions.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have own vehicle
- Knowledge of local wildlife, hunting laws, and safety protocols.
- Excellent time management skills to coordinate trips effectively.
- Must be able to obtain a Idaho Hunting Guide License.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and ensure their needs are met.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in all interactions.
- Ability to educate clients about best practices in hunting and conservation efforts.
