Hello, Spring Creek Healthcare Center in Millcreek, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time Human Resources Specialist.

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has experience in payroll and in onboarding employees


Job Description:


Provide on-site HR support to employees:


  • Onboarding new hires and completing all appropriate paperwork:

+ Including DACS and E-Verify

+ Ensuring all new hires attend New Hire Orientation

  • Assisting employees with work related injuries and workers comp claim reporting
  • Ensuring required annual/semiannual trainings are being held and tracked
  • Assisting with disciplinary action
  • Data Integrity:

+ Keeping a complete and accurate employee list

+ Correcting missed punches

+ Ensuring PTO requests are in

+ Signing off on time clock accuracy for payroll

  • Insurance:

+ Distributing benefit booklets to eligible new hires

+ Assist employees with enrolling through iSolved

+ Answer basic questions regarding the plans

+ Submit to Corporate for enrollment, deduction set-up, etc. as needed

  • Termination process

Requirements:


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years' human resources or customer service experience
  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English
