JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Human Resources Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the full employee lifecycle at Tuerk House, from onboarding and benefits administration to compliance and offboarding. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate HRIS data, maintaining personnel records, and facilitating compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skill to provide outstanding service to employees and internal/external stakeholders.
