The City of Concord Human Resources Department is looking for one full-time Human Resources Analyst in Recruitment. This position will be required to come into the office full time, and is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule. The position may be filled at either the Human Resources Analyst I or Human Resources Analyst II level based on years of experience.
Human Resources Analyst I: $7,443.00 - $10,233.00 monthly, requiring one year of experience
Human Resources Analyst II: $8,805.00 - $12,106.00 monthly, requiring three years of experience
The City of Concord’s Human Resources Department has the primary role of supporting the organization by providing human resources-related support services to more than 380 full-time employees, along with many part-time employees, seasonal employees, and volunteers that serve the City. We are a team of nine full time staff who strive to deliver exceptional customer service and support to the organization by providing responsive service that is both cost-effective and innovative.
The Human Resources Analyst I/II in Recruitment will be responsible for administering and conducting all activities related to recruitment, selection and pre-employment, including consulting and advising hiring managers, developing recruitment and selection strategies, conducting outreach efforts, administering pre-employment, and conducting classification and compensation studies. This position may also perform work related to employee and labor relations, and other program areas based on organizational need and candidate experience.
