Responsibilities:
Elwyn seeks an
HR Systems Administrator for Talent Systems to serve as the primary technical lead for the maintenance, optimization, implementation, and integrations relating to Elwyn’s Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), as well as Pre-Boarding and Onboarding modules. As part of the Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) Team, this role ensures the efficient operation and continuous improvement of talent systems to support hiring and pre-boarding processes. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Elwyn locations-typically the headquarters in Media, PA-for training and team meetings. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Act as liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR Systems on all applicable system functions and technical processes including but not limited to creation and maintenance of requisitions, candidate profiles, master table data, and communications ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience through the application and onboarding process and which complies with all state, federal, and contractual requirementsEqual Opportunity Employer:
