We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HRIS Business Analyst to support and enhance our HR technology platforms. This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining the HRIS and applicant tracking systems, developing reports, and optimizing system functionality to meet organizational needs. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to align system configurations with business processes, ensure data integrity and security, and lead change management initiatives. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, training end-users, and partnering with Learning & Development to support LMS content and campaigns.
