Essential Functions but are not limited to:
- Coordination and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Oversees the recruitment and hiring process for the Valley View and Westlake Office which includes managing recruiters, processing applications, conducting background checks, employee interviews, and oversees the orientation and onboarding process.
- Conducts Employee Orientation and Onboarding.
- Actively maintains current employee files in accordance with Medicaid and company policies and procedures.
- Manages employee benefits and performance reviews and evaluations
- Compiles HR related data and prepares reports.
- Audits and maintains personnel records per federal, state, local, and company policy.
- Manages caregiver continuous education program.
- Participate in On Call
- High School diploma or GED required
- Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required
- Experience in recruitment, hiring, and administration of benefits programs, and other HR programs.
- Knowledge of the Ohio Department of Medicaid Requirements for Home Care Workers.
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
