Trulite is GROWING!We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the Sales and Corporate functions.

This is a

Remote position.

The Human Resource Generalist will function as HR Support for the Corporate and Sales functions.

In this role, the successful candidate will drive organizational culture while facilitating metrics and organizational communication strategy, coaching associates and managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitate dispute resolutions and all other task in line with company policies and legal practices.

A Human Resource Professional who works in partnership with the Leadership team, is a problem solver and an employee advocate!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures within Sales and Corporate departments and stay updated on labor laws for compliance guidance.
  
• Manage both strategic initiatives and the execution of day-to-day deliverables.
  
• Manage recruiting/interviewing processes and standard work within branch.
  
• Drive and manage the onboarding process.
  
• Advocate for employee needs and advise leaders on issues impacting employee engagement.
  

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within Manufacturing Sales or Corporate environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management strategies.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
