COTS is hiring a full-time housing navigator to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to assess needs, create individualized housing plans, and connect them with resources. Helping to navigate complex systems and remove barriers to long-term housing stability.

FULL-TIME Shifts available:


  • FullTime: 9 am5 pm, MondayFriday
  • Pay: $24.69 $26.19 based on experience

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:


  • Support clients from intake to housing placement
  • Assist with applications for public housing and local subsidies
  • Coordinate access to wraparound services (childcare, transportation, etc.)
  • Advocate for clients and maintain strong community partnerships

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum of two years experience in customer service or direct service role required; prior experience in human services preferred.
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or other related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and think on your feet
  • Knowledge of housing systems a plus
